Dr. Kiara Allison
Founder & Principal Consultant

“I believe that equity work is both a responsibility and an opportunity. Regulations and policies are essential, but the real impact happens when systems are designed with people in mind. Effective systems protect institutions while also creating space for individuals to be heard, supported, and treated with dignity. My goal is to help colleges, universities, and organizations build structures that do both: safeguard compliance while strengthening trust and belonging.”
